Meet the Owner

Field experience, technical training, and personal accountability.

I’m Javier “Alex” Sujo, owner of Sujo Electric LLC, a Colorado-licensed Master Electrician and Electrical Contractor. I began working at 1st Electric in 2018 while studying Electrical Engineering Technology at Metropolitan State University of Denver.

My field experience grew from rough-ins, trim-outs, corrections, commercial lighting and controls, transformers, and panel installations into increasingly technical scopes involving backup generators, 480/277-volt systems, and large electrical distribution equipment. I graduated from MSU Denver in 2023 with an ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology.

As a first-generation immigrant, U.S. Army veteran, and father, I built Sujo Electric to create greater freedom, stability, and opportunity for my family. I bring that same sense of responsibility to every project: safe, clean, code-compliant work backed by clear communication.

Built Around Safety, Quality, and Accountability

Electrical work should hold up under inspection, daily use, and future changes. The standard is not simply making something turn on—it is building a system that makes sense.

What Clients Can Expect

No guessing. No disappearing act.

A good contractor should reduce uncertainty—not create more of it.

01

Clear Scope

What is included, what is not, and what could change are addressed before the work advances.

02

Direct Communication

Questions, constraints, scheduling, and field conditions are discussed plainly.

03

Clean Execution

Equipment layout, routing, supports, labeling, and finished appearance receive real attention.

04

Accountability

Permits, inspections, coordination, and closeout are treated as part of the work—not afterthoughts.

Clean Work. Clear Communication.
